The Planner section of iDoceo allows you to add in your notes for each lesson. This is great for keeping your lesson plans in one place and saves carrying large files or diaries around. It is also possible to upload work in the Planning section.
By this stage you will have put in all your classes and their times. This now allows you to add key information to this. Adding information to the Planning section of iDoceo is easy. Just follow these steps: Step 1: You will notice a group of 5 buttons in the top, middle section of your page: Classes ; Schedule; Planner etc. Tap the Planner button. |
Step 2:
To add information to any class, simply find your class in the timetable tap once and a pop up will emerge just like the one opposite. This then allows you to input whatever information you may want, from simple reminders to full class plans, attachments and timings. It is also possible to add PowerPoints or documents to the class if they are needed. This helps keep your planning digital, organised and up to date. |
